Bio
Distinguished Alumnus 2015 of Inter-American University of Puerto Rico, Ponce-Campus. Edwin holds a B.S. in Biology from the University of Inter-American, Puerto Rico.

Through the continuing education programs at the Universities of San Francisco State and UC Berkeley in California, Edwin studied courses in Exercise Physiology.
In the past 22 years, he has worked at the biotechnology companies (Chiron, Novartis, Bayer, and Grifols Diagnostic Solution in Emeryville, California) in the department of antigen purification, vaccination of newborns, and achieving approval and licensing of essential medications in Canada, Europe, and the United States.

He is a contributor to the publications “Hispanic Churches in American Public Life” and “Fui Extranjero y Me Acogiste” (Translation: I was a foreigner, and you welcomed me).
​
Edwin currently works for the PCR chemistry purification department of the Bio-Rad company in Hercules, California.
