Rains and Floods in California

Around 34 thousand Californians have been asked to evacuate due to the flooding in their area.
CNN States that these rains are due to a ‘wave of atmospheric rivers’.
The high totals of rainfall have resulted in dangerous floods and mudslides.
Rainfall has reached around 400% to 600% above average totals.
Four other atmospheric events are expected for California in the next 10 days.
This disaster has been and could continue to be harmful to homeless people.
